Logging In On the Wiki

  • This is a secured and private site for DonorDirect clients and employees, it is only accessible with a login account.
  • With the recent updates that were made to the DonorDirect Wiki, a few things have changed for the log in process.

Requesting a Wiki User Name and Password

To request an account, click this link: Request Account

  1. Please enter your email address in the first field you see on the screen.
  2. Enter your first and last name.
  3. In the Personal Biography text box, please enter your role at the ministry. For example: “Ministry Accountant at Bread of Life Ministries.”
  4. Check the Terms of Service box after reviewing the terms.
  5. Request your Account!
    • NOTE: After requesting the account, you will be sent a confirmation email in which your email will need to be confirmed. (If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your junk mail folder.)
  6. Once the email is confirmed, DonorDirect will need to manually verify the account. Please allow us time to do so.
  7. When everything is verified, you will be ready to explore the Wiki!

Reset Your Password

  • You can now reset your password without sending the request to DonorDirect. Click this link if you need to do so: Reset Password
  1. Enter your Username (This is your first and last name).
  2. Click the "Email new password" button.
  3. After requesting your password to be reset you will be sent a temporary password in your email. (If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your junk mail folder.)
  4. Follow the link to the Wiki main page.
